Terms of use

Keep it creative. Keep it yours.

Last updated: September 25, 2026

These terms explain the basic rules for using CamPilot. By using the app, you agree to use it responsibly and to follow the laws that apply where you live.

The service

CamPilot helps you control a built-in or compatible camera, create camera routines, and manage captures and run history. Features may vary by device, camera, connection, operating-system version, permissions, and service availability. We may improve, change, or discontinue features over time.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the scenes you record, the people and places you record, and the routines you run. Use the app only where you have permission. Check the routine before it starts, keep the camera safe, and do not use CamPilot in a way that could harm people, property, or privacy.

Subscriptions and purchases

Any paid features are billed through Apple and are subject to Apple’s payment and subscription terms. Renewal, cancellation, refunds, and billing questions are handled through your Apple Account and Apple’s support channels. Restore purchases from the app when available.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, text, and other content you create or provide. You give CamPilot only the permissions needed to provide the features you choose. Do not upload or share content that you do not have the right to use.

Availability and warranty

CamPilot is provided as available. We work to make it reliable, but we do not promise that every routine will work with every device or camera, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, CamPilot is not responsible for loss caused by misuse, unsupported equipment, interrupted connections, or failure to review a routine before running it.
